What better than a quick coffee that is available to you when you want to re energize yourself in a minute. This trend of instant coffee is a contribution by George C.Washington, an Englishman from Guatemala and a chemist in the year 1906. Being a passionate coffee consumer, he felt a different kind of excitement by looking at a foamy layer at the brim of his cup. With this he happened to invent the crystal of dried coffee preceding so many experiments, which is available even today by the name of Red E Coffee.

The immediate and the pure coffee that is made is not a product developed after putting in so many efforts. It is a simple process in which the coffee is brewed with removal of all the water. No chemical solutions are added to come up with this kind of coffee.

Instant Techniques

The only two techniques that would help in making the coffee is one go is the spray- drying and freeze drying. The first method is a process that involves evaporation of the water, leaving behind a thick concentration. Then this part of coffee is sprayed from a height on to the closed, warm charm. The crystals that are dry tend to find their space at the bottom. Since the temperature required is at a very high level, the propensity of the taste is somewhat lost.

On the  other hand, the second method is time consuming and as well as lengthy but it is a better process since it preserves the taste of the coffee. Similar to the first method, the concentration is left at the bottom of the mug evaporating all the water. Later, the leftover material is frozen at a temperature of about -40 degree Celsius by which the remaining excess water is converted into crystals of ice.  After this has been done, with the process of evaporation, the ice is removed and the remaining content let over is the coffee grains.

Since these varieties offer a cup of coffee with a delicious taste and easy making process, it has been mostly preferred by the working people. In the case if the complete thing is not required immediately, this can be also used as a flavor for all other drinks and baking.  Since the preparation does not take much of the time, it is a huge benefit for the people having busy routines. With most of the products available containing simple instructions at the back of the package is another option for the coffee drinkers. This comes in various forms including jars, packets and even tins.

Density of the coffee is entirely in the hands of the coffee maker with a difference of the quantity of water poured into it. More of the brew results in the spoiling of the flavor and making it taste very sour and strong. For the countries suffering from very warm temperatures can take an advantage of the instant coffee by making easy cold and ice coffee. This really rejuvenates the exhausted body.

In Spain, people prefer coffee with hot milk instead if water since it develops a delicious taste while in mid eastern countries coffee if preferred with water. It can be consumed with anything until it results in the taste you always wanted.
