Coffee breaks in the office can be very timely and allow workers a much needed breather to rejuvenate their energies and get back to producing quality work for the employer. As such the coffee service need attain good quality so that time is not wasted and people can get what they want quickly so they can get back to work. Coffee breaks don’t have to be elaborate affairs involving a lot of hustle. The beverages could be taken at the work premises even without having to leave the desk or office. Coffee service can be handled by in house catering staff or the service can be outsourced to a catering firm.

Office coffee services can be improved greatly through the use of efficient equipment for brewing coffee. This way the staff could brew their own coffee and serve themselves whenever they need to which cuts a lot of costs of hiring outside people to handle this duties. Modern coffee makers are readily available in consumer goods stores which cost cannot be matched to the benefits to be accrued. Coffee vending machines could also be installed at appropriate locations in the office where they can be accessed easily. These vending machines can be custom equipped and installed by professional vending machine suppliers to great effect.
As can be expected office coffee serving services are a modern office practice that is the sibling of flexible work practices characteristic of the modern age. Back in the day food or even beverages in the office were only served to the higher ups. The rest of the staff were left to fend for themselves in their own way. Nowadays coffee service has become a prime service offered to staff as a human resource management practice. It is simple actions from management like this ones that cause employees to be motivated and produce more. You can never underestimate the power of a caffeine fix!

The big offices i.e. multinationals and headquarters which will have a large number of staff are well put to provide coffee services by means of outsourcing. This would be the cheaper choice since it will ensure no long queues are witnessed in the work place. Being served coffee in the comfort of your office is the next best thing that could happen right after the coffee being provided in the office part sinks in. For small offices and companies the vending machines and coffee making equipment should suffice. This could provide a good interaction point for staff as well to exchange ideas e.t.c
Whichever the office coffee service adopted, it should be carried out in an organized manner so as not to interfere with the actual occupation of the office. The coffee service is simply a support service, an important one, but still not a ‘cannot do without it’ kind of service. Setting a regular schedule for the coffee service will go along way in ensuring quality office coffee service as it will entrench order in the whole process.

Our Story
What We Do
We offer gourmet coffee in simple bags that will make a difference. You have the opportunity to purchase an exceptional bag of coffee at a great price and help a child at the same time. We currently have no overhead to speak of and 100% of our profits go to support children missions. Since we are a Non-Profit Corporation all of our proceeds will go to children and to other non-profit mission organizations who directly support children.
Why We Do This
Our company was founded by a small group of friends that felt God’s calling to this project. While we were on our mission trips we realized the children suffer the most in poor economic conditions. They are easily abandoned or neglected by their parents and worst of all they often have to make do with no job, no training and no formal education. Due to our partnerships and the channels set up by these missions we will be able to help these children in a direct manner and hopefully by giving away all the profit we can make a substantial donation.
