It is saucer first that is holding a cup. Cup then has been filled with black hot water. And both of them together are holding firmly onto the broken pieces and parts. We would never be able to learn the sumptuous delivery that broken things can turn into a part of another beautiful thing, had it not been coffee and how to prepare raw water, coffee beans and cup-saucer into magnificent jewels of artistry.
Where did it all start from how and coffee became what it has become, are comparatively less asked questions considering the position that it is now in. A human figure holding cup of coffee is its hands is a moment of inspiration for many. Coffea arabica and Robusta coffee are our next stoppage points. These two categories of coffee-beans are available in every recipe and menu cards across the world. An astonishing fact is that Coffea canephora (Robusta coffee) makes up to 70% of coffee used in total.
Coffea arabica ideally contains less caffeine than other forms of coffee species. It is amazingly believable that it was not any form of human life but goats who first gave us the idea of coffee beans and its cultivation. Many a times we are asked to go back to Mother Nature to understand few astonishing facts about life. Here is another piece of information that got published in Instituto Agronimico de Campinas (IAC), that Ethiopian Coffea arabica just contains 0.76 milligrams of caffeine per gram. In this form, taste still remains to be the same.
Coffea canephora is considered to be one of the easiest species of coffee family. It is quite economical in nature and so the production cost factor to look out for. Caffeine percentage has exceeded the mark by twice the more times in Coffea robusta. Due to its cost aspect, it is highly used in lower grade coffee blends as a filler. The quantity of herbicides used in canephora is relatively less than arabica. Oval shaped beans always represent canephora. There is one more part attached to it that states the bitterness level is high in every bit of Robusta coffee.
We have witnessed the kind of history coffee beans share and the impact it has made on the present world. And the most fascinating part is that one can start making it without any kind of difficulty. All you need is water and coffee beans or in the some other form. One has to be equally careful and not to undermine the importance of the fact that coffee-drinking is sometimes more time-consuming than making. To hold a cup of coffee and to magnify things in order is surely a technique of few however things can be mastered at with regular practice and consumption of coffee.
The man, who first observed those goats and its after-effect, was never sure that what he has just observed.
